We were delighted to have invited leading Thai Chef “Bee” Satongun from Michelin-starred Paste Bangkok Thai Cuisine for an exclusive and very memorable 4-hands dinner.
Both Chef Vicky Cheng and Chef Bee share an interest in discovering unique indigenous produce in local markets and rural areas as well as a love of creativity in the kitchen whilst achieving harmony with their heritage and origin. This collaboration, elevated with cocktail / wine pairing, was a true gastronomic treat.
