We were most glad to have chef-owner Julien Royer of 2-Michelin-starred modern French restaurant Odette (Singapore) for our first 4-hand restaurant collaboration of 2019. It was a truly exceptional "Chinese x French" fine dining experience of seasonal flair and tasteful creativity.
