12-13 June, 2019: We had the honour of having Chef Jimmy Lim of Taichung's JL Studio over at VEA, presenting an unprecedented 22-course menu featuring a tasting journey highlighting local dai pai dongs with a Chinese x French twist, while Chef Lim reinvented dishes inspired by Chinese traditional yum cha with a South-East Asian spin.
